IN FASHION
A while back me and my co-worker attended a fashion show at Conrad Hotel. It was held at their rooftop bar Vivid Lounge's outside patio. The night sky added some extra magic to the show, but the 80% humidity had all the girls sweating their mascara off. Not all the blotting paper in the world could save us ladies, but thank god for the cool champagne to keep us calm.
The show started, as expected, fashionable late, but kicked off with quite a start white flashing lights and german heavy metal. The models were wearing, except for the designer Lisa Chan's clothing 'In Fashion', creepy masks of a clown face, V for Vendetta and just a simply white one. I think that is actually a clever way to make the audience focus on the clothes and not on the models, because after all they are suppose to show off the fashion, not their faces.
The clothing itself covered all ranges; from skirts to dresses and shorts in a mixture of different fabrics and styles. Personal favorite for me where the white lace tops, very cute and a great look for the summer.
